What we collect, and what we do with it.
Lattice/AI is a small founder-led firm. We try to keep this page short, plain, and honest. If something here is not clear, or if you want any data about you removed, email us at privacy@latticeevals.com and we will respond within seven days.
The brief form, and nothing else.
The only personal data this website actively collects is what you voluntarily submit through the brief form on the homepage. That form asks for your name, your company, your email address, and a short message describing what you want to brief us on.
When you submit the form, the contents are sent over an encrypted connection to our email delivery provider (Resend), which forwards them to a private inbox we use to read briefs. We use that information only to reply to your brief and to follow up on the conversation you started.
No cookies, no fingerprinting, no advertising trackers.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no advertising trackers, no fingerprinting scripts, and no session-recording tools. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share data with marketing partners because we do not have any.
Aggregated page views and performance timings, with no PII.
The site uses Vercel Web Analyticsto count page views. This is a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool that lets us see things like “the homepage was viewed N times this week” and “visitors arrived from these countries”. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not follow you between websites, and does not link page views to identifiable individuals.
The site also uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure how the site performs in real browsers. This reports anonymous Core Web Vitals (page load time, layout stability, input responsiveness) from real visits, so we know whether the site is actually fast in the wild rather than just on a synthetic test. Speed Insights is also cookieless, does not fingerprint your device, and does not link the timing data to identifiable individuals.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which collects minimal request metadata (such as the requested URL, the response status, and the geographic region of the request) for operational and security purposes. We do not link that metadata to identifiable individuals, and we do not export it for any other use.
For as long as the conversation is live.
Brief submissions are retained in the founder’s inbox for the duration of any conversation that follows, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing privacy@latticeevals.com.
We do not sell your contact information, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we will not contact you for anything other than the brief you submitted unless you ask us to.

You can ask for a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@latticeevals.com and we will respond within seven days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (the EU, the UK, California, the UAE, and elsewhere), those rights apply and we will honour them.
One email is enough.
